Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the continental United States typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $65. All other orders ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns & Exchanges
Most of our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, so we're not able to accept mailed-back returns for a change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bitnoa.com with a photo of the item, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.
Need a different size or color instead? Contact us before your order ships and we'll do our best to update it.
Final Sale Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products and pierced jewelry (such as earrings) can only be replaced or refunded if they arrive defective. Items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase follow the same rule.
