Processing & Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Prints, mugs, stickers and apparel are made to order by our print partner. They ship in 2 to 5 business days, then take 3 to 4 business days on standard US delivery. Faster delivery options may be offered at checkout. Delivery estimates can change, and weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

Jewelry is processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrives within 3–7 business days.

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $65 or more, counted separately for each shipment. Our print partner ships mugs, stickers and posters in separate packages, so an order with several item types can arrive in more than one parcel, and each parcel has its own shipping rate and its own $65 minimum. Orders below the minimum ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Most of our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, so we're not able to accept mailed-back returns for a change of mind.

Need a different size or color instead? Contact us before your order ships and we'll do our best to update it.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry (such as earrings) can only be replaced or refunded if it arrives defective. Items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase follow the same rule.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bitnoa.com with a photo of the item and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice, at no cost to you.
